2. The pctitionels hercin are accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No.5984 of 2024, pending on the flle ol tl.re learned XV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The offences levelled against them are under Section 498-4,,406,506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1980, and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Dowry Plohibition Act, 1961. The trial Court issued non-bailable waffants against both the petitioners in the said case. Since the petitionels were not cooperating with the trial Courl in concluding the trial, respondent No.3 originated a Look Out Circular against them. The petitioner No.l has appeared before the trial Courl and got the said non-bailable wan-ant recalled. In proof of the same, a copy of the order dated 30.01.2025 in C.C. No. 5984 of 2024 has been filed 2

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on rnstructions, rt. would submit that petitioner No.l is a resident of Chennai and petitioner No.2 is presently residing in Dubai, and both of thern will cooperate with the trial Court in concluding the trial in the said CASE. He has also sent a representation dated 09.04.2025 to the official email ID of respondent No.4, with a request to rcvicw and withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against the pctitioners Reliance is also placed on the guidelines issued bv the Ministry ol Horne Affairs, Foreigners Division, Governrnent of lndia vidc Oftlce Memorandum dated 2l .10.2010. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed
4. Whcreas, the leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader lor Home appearing fol respondent Nos.l to 3 on insLructions would submit that respondent No.3 wilt consider the said representation submitted by the petitioners and also the guideiines dated 21 .10.2010 on issuance of the Court circulars.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, the writ petition is disposed ot directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 09.04.2025, as well as the guidelines issued by w 2 / the Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division, Govetament of India, vide Office Memorandum dated 21 .10.2010, and to take -1 necessary action in accordance with law. However, the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial Court in concluding the trial in the aforesaid C.C, failing which, liberty is granted to respondent No.3 to take appropriate steps against the petitioners in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 'fhere shall be no order as to costs.
