2. Heard Mr. C. Sai Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5, and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent No.2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that husband of petitioner No.1 died on 23.01.2025 while in service, and till now, his death-cum - retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the death-cum-retirement beneflts of the husband of petitioner No.1 are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioners on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the ( { retirement/pensionary benefits, such as, Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.2,76,208/- with Token No.2600509888, Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.1,23,792/- with Token No.2600509898, in respect of petitioner No.1, Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.2,76,208/_ with Token No.2600509944, Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.1,23,792l_ with Token No.2600509957, in respect of petitioner No.2, Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.2,76,208/- with Token No.2600509968, Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.7,23,792/- with Token No.2600510384, in respect of petitioner No.3, Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.2,76,208/_ with Token No.2600509911, Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.1,23,792l_ with Token No.2600509924, in respect of petitioner No.4, Generar provident Fund amount of Rs.1,06,319/- with Token No.2600537209, Leave Encashment amount of Rs.11,06,62gl_ with Token No.2600150609. and TSGLI amount of Rs.2,52,031/_ with Cheque No.2450242024, pertaining to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
