THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.224A4 0F 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is Iiled aggrieved by the impugned action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of t.a:.,in DSC 2024 of Rajanna Siricilla District as per the law laid down by this Court in Writ Appeal No.511 of 2O2t dated 31.I2.2O2t, though it is a non joining vacancy as per the law settled which is clearly iiiegal, arbitrar5r, discriminatory afld unjust.

2. Heard Mr. N. Malathi Naidu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ald learned Government pleader for Services_I appearing for the respondents and perused the material available on record.

3. l,earned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner belongs to BC-E category from Rajanna Sircilla District and he possessed SSC, Intermediate and M.Sc, D.Ed and B.Ed qualifications. It is further submitted that the 2nd respondent issued DSC-2O24 Notification No.24lRC- 1TRT I DSC / 2024 dated .O2.2O24. He appeared for the said examination and results . I I I I I i I I i i I i I ,'. have been declared and he secured marks of 54.57 (out of 100) ald in 1:3 Selected candidates list, the petitioner is at Sl.No.162 with rank 379 arrd 4 in BC-E and as he belongs to BC-E category, the petitioner comes within llre zone of consideration for appointment to the said post. It is further submitted that the vacancy is available in DSC 2024 still 187 posts are vacant, Therefore, in the process of selection, the petitioner is entitled for appointment against the said vacancy. But, as per the vacancy list, the petitioner's case was not considered. Aggrieved by the sarne, the petitioner has made a representation dated

24.07 .2025, before the respondent authorities, seeking to consider his case for appointment to the SGT job in Rajanna Siricilla District. But, till today, the said representation is pending before the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the representation dated 24.07.2025, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, without expressing any opinion on I I I i I I I I '! i i // '/7//., .*3*- -€.=w--:ir, I,,/, .a I I the merits of the case, the respoq6snt authorities are directed to consider the representation dated 24.07.2025, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
