Ravinder, leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalfofthe respondents.

According to the petitioners, petitioner Nos.l and 2 are Lhe absolute owners and possessors of open plots bearing Nos.48 and 26, admeasuring 400 and 200 square yards in Survey No.93i1, situated Pulumamidi Vilatge and Grampanchayat, Kandukur Mandal, Rangareddy District, on the strength of registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.4500 of 2020 and 5164 of 2009, dated 20.02-2020 and
16.11.2009, respectively. Petitioner No.1 is the absolute owner and lrossessor of open plots bearing Nos.7, 15, 17 ,, 19, 40' 42, 44, 16' 18,41,43 and 45, admeasuring 200 square yards each and Plot Nos.8, 20, 36,39 and 46, admeasuring 400 square yards each in the aforesaid survey number. He is also owner of some other plots as mentioned in paragraph No.5 of writ affidavit.
3. According to the petitioners, their Vendors' Vendors, Mr' Awad Shaik and others represented by their GPA holder, IWs. Sri 2 KI.J W P No 22571 of2025 Venkateswara Estates, purchased the land to an extent of Acs. 15.00 guntas in Suney No.93li of Pulumamidi Village of Ka'rdukur Mandal in the ycar 2006. They have obtained a layout from DTCP and has developed the said land into open plots. In proof of the samc. they have fited copies of conversion proceedings, lay out. sale deeds. old pattadar passbooks and title deeds and photographs etc. Even then, the names of original owners of the properly who soltL the alorcsaid property to Mr. Awad Shaik & others representctl by M/s. Sri Venkatcswara Estates are continuing in revenue rcr:ords. Taking advantage of the same, the original owners are trying to alienate the property to third parties. Therefore, the petitioners rave submitted represcntatior dated 03.07.2025 to respondent Nos-2 to 4 rvith a request to delcte the names of original owners from revenue record. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said rcprcscntation. respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not act upon the same. A1;grieved by the said inaction of respondcnt Nos.2 to 4, the petitioners liled the present writ petition.

In 1act, the petitioners have to submit an online application with competent authority as specified in Schedu [e 'A' of the Telangana Rhu Bharati Rules, 2025, but the petitione rs are claiming 3 KL,J W.P. No 22573 of2025 that they are the owners of the aforesaid plots. Therefore, Bhu Bharati Portal will not accept their request. Thus, respondent Nos.2 and 4 have to consider the said representation dated 03.07.2025 submitted by the petitioners
5. At this stage, it is relevant to note that the subject property is in Pulumamidi Village, which comes under Kandukur Mandal, but not under Maheshwaram Mandal. Therefore, the petitioners have to submit representation to the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation to the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal within one (01) week from today, and on , I receipt of the same, the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal shall consider and dispose of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of submission of the said representation. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein shall also consider and dispose of the representation dated 03 .07 .2025 submitted by the petitioners strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioners and original owners of the land and also IWs. Sri Venkateshwara Estates and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. However, they shall complete the entire exercise within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt ofcopy 4 KL,J Ur P. No 22571012025 (-\ of this order. Till then, the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandat is dirccted not to entertain any application submitted by original owners of rhe subject propertl, who sold the same to M/s. Sii \/enkateshr,r ara Estates.
