This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the lrilemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petrtion and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mohammed IVlazharuddrn, Advocate for the Petitioner and Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and None appeared for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following : COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI E O DA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/a nd CRIMINAL PETITIO N No.9714 of 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accu; :d Nos.1 to 5 under Sectlon 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to r r ash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.7351 of 2022 on the f e of Xlll Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kukatpally, Medchal,lr lalkajgiri District, registered for the alleged offences punishabl, under Sections 498-4 of the lndian penal Code, 1860 (for short . l,C') and Seclrons 3 and 4 of the Dowry prohibition Act, .,l961.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing .or petitionersiaocused Nos.1 to 5 as well as respondent No.2t,rr_. facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal l,etition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, | ., ,. Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compo rnd the offences and to record the compromise in the abov; crime respectively.

Perused the affidavits filed by lhe de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise' Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders daled 26.08.2025 passed by this Court' The Secretary' High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court' the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and theSecretaryoftheabovesaidAuthorityidentifiedthepartiesand submitted a report to that effect stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise'

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos 2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings inC.C.No.T35lot2022onthefileofXlllJudicialMagistrateofFirst Class at Kukatpally, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, registered against -t the petitioners/accu sed Nos.1 to 5, are hereby quashecl s rbject to the petitio n e r/a c cu sed Nos.1 to 5 paying an amount of i ; 5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Cor rt Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of T -. angana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only to the Telangana Bar Association, Hyderabad, within a period of tt_"ee (03) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Regrs ry.
