Learned counsel for the pctitioner subrnits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in lailing to release the admitted amounts of Rs. 19,76,863 l- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Seventy Six Thousand tright Hundred and Sixty Three Only) due to the petitioner under Token Nos.25O455828 dated 25.04.2024, 2515886264 dated 26.06.2024 and 2523463609 dated 12.1.2.2024 for the works completed by the petitioner S illega,l and arbitrary and consequenriy direct thc respondents to pay 2 SK, J W .P .No.22;il7 ol 2025 the penal interest at the rate of l8o/o per annum on the said admitted ilmounts from the due date of the bill to the date of release ol pa-yments to the petitioner.

Rs. 19,76,1363/- (Rupees Nineteen l,akhs Sevent5r Six Thousand Eighr Hundred and Sixty Three Only) vide Token Nos.250455828 dated 25.04.2024, 25t5886264 dated 26.06.2024 and 2523463609 dated 12.12.2024 to the petit oner within a tax- 3 SK, J W .P.No.22317 of 2025 period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy ol this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
