Learned counsel for the petitior-rer submits that the petitioner is questioning the action ol the respondents in no1. releasing the amounts for the civil works executed by the petitioner i.e,(1) Infrastructure Dcvelopment at ZPHS Raikode of Raikode Manclal, Sangareddy District, (21 Infrastructu.re Dcvelopmcnt at ZPHS Reripally Village, Manoor l\4andal, Sangareddy District, under Mana-C)oru -.. Mana Badi Scheme, (3) Laying of CC roads at Ranapoor .- SK, J W. P.No.22683 of 2025 Village . Manoor Mandal, which were administrativel5r sanctioned vide Proceeding No.55/SDF/Hon'ble CM Assurance/ Narayankhedl2022 dated 08.07.2022 by rhc District Collector, Sangareddy District as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to release the amount of Rs.28,27,217 /- with 18% interest from the clate of actual and due payment to the petitioner .
