On 01.0ti.,1025, this Courl had observed that the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 has been passed cancelling the license of the petitioner for the sale of seeds, pesticides and fertilizers ivithout issuing any notice, r.vhich is in violation of principles of natural justice. Therefore, the, irnpugned order was suspended and the respondents were directed to permit the petitioner for sale of fertilizers and I t I ,l I 2 wp 22474 2025 pcsticides only and not to dcal rvith subsidy seeds. No counter affidavit has been hlcd by the respondents.

In view of the above, this Courl directs the respondents to treat the impugned order dated 04.06 2025 as show cause notice and the pctitioner is pcrrnitted to submit its explanation thcreto and thereafter, the rcspondents are at Iiberty to takc a decision thercon in accordance with larv. Till such a decision is taken, the interim order date d 0 1.08.2025 shali continue.
