MADHAVI DEVI ORDER: WRIT PETITION No.2258O oF 20.25 In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the impugned order dated 0.4.06.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of principles of natural justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture and Cooperation appearing for respondents No. 1, 2, 4 and 6, Ms.K.Kalpana, learned Standing counsel for Telangana Agro Industries Development Corporation Limited appearing for respondents No.3 and 5 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.7.

3. On O1.08.2025, this Court has observed that the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 has been passed cancelling the license of the petitioner for sale of seeds, pesticides and fertilizers, without issuing any notice. which is in violation of principles of natural justice. Therefore, the impugned order was suspended and the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner for sale of fertilizers and pesticides only and shall not deal with the subsidy seeds. No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is now the season for supply of fert izers and pesticides to the farmers, \ \ \r!- 1 therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to :ontinue to sell fertilizers and pesticides.

In view of the above, this Court directs to t - at the impugned order dated 04 .06 .2025 as show cause notice an I the petitioner is permitted to submit his explanation thereto an I thereafter, the respondents are at liberty to take a decision ther: rn in accordance with law.
