This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents, more particularly, res ondent No.5 - Assistant Commissioner of Police, Maheshw am Division, Rachakonda Commissionerate, 1n interfering with the possession of petitioners over the Developed Plots of Joint Venture Agreement, dated 18.07.2006 und r the name and style of 'Rosevilla Sree Priyanka Homes', in Sy.No.2, admeasuring Acs.2.01 guntas, situated at Dubbacherla Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangaredd District, as illegal.

Mr.B.Sridhar, learned Assis t Govemment Pleader for Home, on instructions, would sub it that respondent Nos.2 to 6, more particularly, respondent No 5 never interfered with the possession of petitioners as alle ed in the writ petition. 2 . ,l Petitioners have filed writ petition vide W.P.No.22330 of 2025 seeking police protection and the same was dismissed by this Court v'ide order dated 30.07 .2025. Petitioners frled the present writ petition alleging interference of Police into the aforesaid plots pursuant to Joint Venture Agreement.

3. Perusal of the said Joint Venture Agreement would reveal that the signatures of respondent No.7 are there and tlrere is no signature of pgtitioners. In W.P.No.22330 of 2025, respondent No.7 entered appearance through her counsel and disputed her signatures on the said Joint Venture Agreement, dated 18.07.2006. Therefore, without establishing their right, petitioners can't allege that police are interfering into the said Joint Venture. In the entire writ affidavit, there are no specific allegations against the Police and the allegations are only against respondent No.7, who is a private person. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled for any relief much less the relief sought in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, dismissed. I / 3 Miscellaneous applications, f any pending, shall stand closed.
