3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sale deed rvas presented before registering authority for registratlon, after duly paying the requisite stamp duty. However, the registering authority had refused to register the document and the salne was informed to the petitioner, vide refusal order, datecl 06.06.2024.
