According to the petitioner, his father, namely", I-ate Sri Vatsa..,ai Rammurthi Raju purchased the subject proP,.r1y i.s., Acs.2.0l guntas 1 Sy.No.32iAi1 and Ac.0,32 lltintas in Sy.No.32lA/2, in total Acs.3.l8 guntas; Acs.2.14 gr. ntas rn Sy.No.33/tu l, Ac. 1.34 guntas in Sy.No.33iAl2. in total Acs.4.08 guntas; and Ac.l.02 guntas in Sy.No.34lA. ltps.2.36 guntas in Sy.No.34iAA and Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No..i4lE, in total Acs.4.38 guntas, situated at Anantharam 'r'illage, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri - Kothagudem Distrir:t, from Mr.lmmadi Yenaiah and Mr.lmmadi Suraiah, r-Ln,Jer the registered sale deed, dated 10.04.1958. His name wari rnutated in the revenue record and pattadar passbook-cum-r.it Le deed was also issued in his lavour. He died in the vcar' 2003 I 2 Thcreafter,, rcspondent Nos.l0 and I I filed LTR Case Nos.l312018/MGR, l8/2018/MGR and l9l20l8lMGR befbre the Special Deputy Collector (TW), Bhadrachalarn, against the pctitioner anil three others. The same were dismissed on
04.07.2018. Feeling aggrieved by the said orders, respondent Nos.t0 and l1 prefened three appeals vide C'M.A.Nos'76,77 and 78 of 2018. The same were also dismissed. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no challenge to the said orders and the same were attained finality. Even then, respondent Nos.5 to I I tried to interfere with thc possession of the petitioner over the subject propefty' Therefore, he has filed a suit in O.S.No.96 of 2020 before the learncd Special Assistant Agent-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrale, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, for perpetual injunction, who in tum, granted intcrim injunction. The same was violated' Thercfore, learned Special Assistant Agent also granted police-aid to the petitioncr. J During the pendency of the said suit and subsistence of the said interim injunction, respondent Nos.5 to 1l obtained /, ,J mutation proceedings and their names were also n',entioned in Bhu Bharati Portal in respect of the subject prope r y by way of misrepresentation and in collusion with the revon re officials. In proof of tlre same, icarned counsel for the pet tioner fiied copies of the documents. Now, the appreheusion of the petitioner is that on the basis of the said \\'f''ng entries, respondent Nos.5 to I I are trying to alienatr: the subject propefiy to third parties. Tl.rerefore, h: subrnitted representations dated 09 .01 .2021 and 21 .12.2021 with respondent Nos.2 to,1 with a request to corec. the wrong entries. Despite receiving and acknowledgin;, the said representations, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not a,:t upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of responclenl Nos.2 to 4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

In tact, petitioner has to submit online appli,:ation to the Competent Authority AS specified in Schedule' A of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in L,rnd) Rules, 2025 i.e., respondent No.4, with a request to del:t,: the names ofrespondent Nos.5 to I I and issue e-pattadar pas:book to the 4 I petitioner herein. On receipt of the said online application, it is fbr respondent No.4 to consider the same.
5. In the light of the same, notice to respondcnt Nos.5 to ll is dispensed with. This Writ Petition is disposed of granting libefty to the petitioner to submit online application to respondent No.4 in terms of Rules,2025, witl.rin one (l) week lrom the clate of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of thc saiii online application, respondcnt No.4 shall consider and disposc of the same, in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner, rcspondent Nos.5 to I I and all interested parties on noticc and attording them an opportunity. If respondent No.4 is not inclincd to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign spccific reasons, pass a reasoned order and conrrnurricate copy of the same to the petitioner. However, he shall complete thc cntire exercise within a period of thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the said online application li'om the petitioner. Till then, respondent No'4 is dircctcd not to entertain any documents submitted by the petitioncr and respondent Nos.5 to I I in respect of the subject 5 propefiy. However, it is also tnade clear that if th: letitioner failed to subrnit online application rvithin the aforc:lr d period, liberty IS granted to respondent No.4 to take r ction, in accordance with law.
