Learn,:d counsel for the petitioners submits the request for reallocation of the cadre of the petitioners to the State of Telangala is likely to be considered in view of some policv decision which has been arrived at between the two States. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ pel,ition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court in case any adverse decision is taken.
