Heard Sri Krishna Kishore Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5, learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondent No.2, and Sri M. Murali Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for the Princlpal Accountant General (A&E), for respondent No.3.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.72.2024 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed' However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader fufther submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries. ::{ f' !-I. l'ir':::.'- ...rfi!1 _.ria;;

Having regard to the above submissions, iltis Writ Petition \. is disposed of directing the respondents to relea;e : the retirement benefits i.e., GPF amounts of Rs.7,65,25( /- with Token No.2523878502 and Rs.4,28,030/- with Toker'.lo.2523878508, Computation ilmounts of Rs.7,43,826l- with Toker 1r1o.2523878512, and Rs.4,L6,047/ - with Token No.25238785 L a GPF and IV Class Emplovee Final Payment of Rs.9,38,1r 2/- with Token No.252477 IlB4, and TS,LTC No.1201792 amount of Rs.2,88,594/- with Cheque Nc.2600799438, dated 76.07.2025, pertaining to the petitioner, as expediiiously as possible, prt:f :rably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
