2. This Civil Revision Petition is preferred aggrieved by the order dated

16.0J.2024 in I.A.No. 180 of 2023 in O.S.No. l9 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Nagarkurnool, in compromise petition filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC. 3 The impugned order was passed by allotting land to an extent of Ac.2- i 0 guntas to the plaintiff/respondent No. I herein marked in red colour portiorr and land to an extent of Ac.2-00 guntas ,'to defendant No.1/respondent No.2 herein marked in blue colour portion, both the lands situated in Sy.No.7l of the Kalwakuthy village and mandal of Nagarkumool District.

4. 'l'o the aforesaid extent learned counsel for the parties before this court do not have any issues. The issue is only with regard to portion marked in black colour i.e., land to an extent olAc.2-10 guntas in the said survel number, which is allegedly a[otted to plaintifflrespondent No. l t I R cRP 2603-2024 herein as per the sketch map dated 26'07 '2023 shown in page No'59 of the material papers of the present Civil Revision Petition' It is hereby clarified by the learned Senior Counsel for the 5. plaintifflrespondent No.1 herein in the open Court that the black colour portion shown in the aforesaid sketch map is part of suit schedule property and rights in said property are yet to be decided' Currently' there is consensus between both the leamed counsel for defendant No'12/revision petitioner herein and leamed Senior Counsel for plaintiff/respondent No'l herein that Ac'2-00 guntas of land shown in blue colour portion is allotted to defendant No.1/respondent No'2 herein and Ac'2-10 guntas shown in red colour pottion is allotted to ptaintiff/respondent No' 1 herein' as per the compromise between the parties' The rights of the panies in the black colour portion of land to an extent of Ac'2- l0 guntas can be decided after full-fledged trial by giving atl the parlies to the suit a right to lead their evidence to establish their rights'
