This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Vlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K vENUMADHAV, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No,1 and none appeared for the Respondent No. 2 The Gourt made the following: ORDER a. 1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.411 of 2023 on the file of Kamareddy Town Police Station, Kamareddy District, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498-4, 417,420,406, 506 read with 34 of the lndian Penal Code.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2lde facfo complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, LA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to record cornpromise between them and to compound the offences.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions and submitted the copy of the instructions, which discloses that the charge sheet has been filed as C.C.No.56 of 2024 before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kamareddy 2 Crlp 9716 2025
4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo complainant in l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vlde orders dated 01 .08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 12.08.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed, Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings tn Crime No 411 of 2023 on the file of Kamareddy Town Police Station, Kamareddy District, registered against the -7 i I 3 L'I'D, J Crlp 9716_.2t)25 petitioheriaccused and the resultant C.C.No.56 of 2024, is hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the ) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for tile State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.S,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
