JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.9598 of 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Cirme.No.267 of 2025 on the file Panjagutta Police Station at Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Section 316(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha,2023 (for short 'BNS')
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.1 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Crimlnal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compound the offence and to record the compromise.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions
4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that he has willingly FF 2 Crllt 9598 2025 consented for cornpromise. Since the parties were 4/ lling to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settl' :he matter by appearing along rvith their respective counsel before rtre High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangir -ra ylde orders dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secre,rry, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the partie:- and submit a report to that effer:t.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued b his Court, the parties along withr their respective counsel have appl ared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State o' J.elangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified tlre parties and submitted a report dated 02.09.2025 stating that lrr:) parties were identified and they have willfully and without any r --,-.rcion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
