2. Heard Smt. Uma Devi Nama, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4, and learned Government pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.2 and 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.08.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be t I released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the pensionary benefits such as, Admitted Commuted Value of Pension n amount oF Rs.15,89,595/- dated 27.08.2024, Gratuity (Composite Share) amount of Rs.10,02,027/- vide Token No.2523486876, dated 16.12.2024, Gratuity (TG Share) amount of Rs.5,97,973/- vide Token No.2523486866, dated 16.12.2024, CVP Bill (Composite Share) amount of Rs.9,95,511/- vide Token No.2523486840, dated t6.12.2024, CVP Bill (TG Share) amount of Rs.5,94,084/- vide Token No.2523486831, dated 16.12.2024, and PRC Arrears amount of Rs.2,40,948/- vide Token No.25240259L2, dated 24.02.2025, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt oF a copy of this order.
