With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Brief facts stated in this writ petition arc that the pctitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of agriculture lancl arlnrc'asuring to an extent of Ac.2.10 gts, in Sy No.427/AA3, situated at K<;pprunur village, Chinnambavi Mandal, Wanaparthi Diskict. It is furthcr sulrrnittcd that the concerned authorities, without paying any compensation havc acquircrl the petitioner's land, hence, petitioner filed suit for declaration of t,tlc i.c., O.S.No.188 of 202L. Later, the suit was renumbered as O.S.No.655 of 20?2 antl the sanlc is pending on the file of II Additional Junior Civil fuc{gr: Cuurt lt lVanaprarthi (hereinafter referred as'Trial Court'). The case of the pctitioner is that inspite of pending O.S.No.655 of 2022, respondent No.6 along rvith thc rcvenue otficial have f , visited the subject land and restrained the petitioner from cultivating the subject land- Aggrieved by the sarne, this writ petition is filed. 2 4- Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos'L to 6 placed on record instructions issued by sub-Inspector of Police, Chinnambavi police Statiory Wanaparthy District, wherein it is submitted that respondent No.6 have not received any complaint against petitioner ancl the question of respondent No.6 restraining the petitioner from cultivating the subject land does not arise. It is further submitted that respondent No'6 neither visited the subiect land nor had restrained the petitioner from entering into the subject land.

Recording the submissions made by Iearned counser appearing on either sicle, u'ithout expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to follow due proceclure- as contemplated under law before initiating any action on petitioner
