Vide the aforesaid representation' petitioner sought police-aid for implementation of ad-interim injunction order dated 07 .01.2025 in l'A'No '127 of 2025 in O'S'No'29 of 2025 passed by the leamed Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Sirpur' However' petitioner has not filed proof of service of the said representation on respondent No.2 before this Court'

Perusal of record would reveal that leamed Junior Civil Judge, Siripur, has granted ex parte interim injunction order in 2 l.A.No.l27 of 2025 in O.S.No.29 of 2O25.If rhe petitioner wants police-aid, he has to file appropriate application in the said suit. It is for the leamed trial Courl to grant police_aid and direct the concerned Station House Officer i.e., Kaghaznagar Rural Police Station, to provide police_aid. Therefore, petitioner can't submit a representation to respondent No.2 i.e., Superintendent of police, seeking police_aid and file the present writ petition alleging non_consideration of the same. However, the grant of police-aid is no more res integra. Vide order dated 09.06.2025 in C.R.p.No.2536 of 2024, this Court laid down certain parameters to the trial Court to grant police_

5. In the light of the same, notice to respondent Nos.6 to 1l is dispensed with.
