ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Higher Education.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.3 is not providing online application option in its official website for the Engineering admission under B-category 2o2s-26 and arso not responding to the e_mails of the petitioner dated 27.O7.2025 atd 28.07.2025, which is illegal and arbitrar5r and to direct the respondent No.3 to provide online application option in its. official website by extending the time for enabling the petitioner to make online application into the Engineering admission under B-category 2025_26. 3 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is eligible and intends to apply I t 2 SK, J W.P.No.22323 of 2025 1 for admission under B-category seats for B.E/B.Tech courses in the respondent No.3 College for the academic year 2025-26. He submits that the Telangana State Council of Higher Education vide proceedings dated 16.07.2025 has issued detailed guidelines governing the process of Category-B admissions to Engineering Courses for the academic year 2025-26 and as per Clause 3 of the said guidelines, Managements shall entertain all the requisitions made before the last date for supply of application forms 1n person/online and shall issue acknowledgment to the applicants registered both online and offline. As per the said guidelines, the petitioner has tried to submit her application through online in the website, but the application window displays a message that 'content is required from college'. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent e-mails to the respondent No.3 on 27.07.2025 and 28.07.2025 and in spite of that they are not responding and in Fr/ E,/ J SK, .I W .P.No.22323 ot 2O2S view of the same, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking to direct the respondent No.3 college to receive the application of the petitioner through online mode by extending the time.

On the other hand, learned Government pleader for Higher Education submits that the petitioner without making any application in person as per the guidelines under Clause 3(a) has approached this Court and if the petitioner has approached the respondent No.3-College in person, they will provide application form and the petitioner has to sutrmit all the documents before the last date as declared by the respondent No.3. She further. submits that the respondent No.3 college has issued Notification in Andhraprabha daily newspaper on 22.OT.2025 mentioning the last date on 3L.OZ.2O2S which is expiring today and in view of the same, within the college hours, the petitioner has to approach the respondent No.3 college for submitting application. ..,. \ 4 SK, J W -P.No.22i23 of 2025 ,'\i

After hearing both sides and perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that admittedly the petitioner 1S eiigibie for applying for admission under the Category-B seats for B.E/B.Tech courses in the respondent No.3 college for the academic year 2025-26. As per the documents frled by the petitioner, she has addressed e-mails to the respondent No.3 college on 27.O7.2025 and

28.07.2025 stating that the website of the coliege is not working for down loading the application form lbr admission in Category-B for the academic year 2025- 26 and the respondent No.3 college was not responded. In view of the same, she is unable to submit her application for admission.

In view of the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 college to issue application form to the petitioner and receive the same a-long with the documents submitted by her on or before O2.O8.2O25.
