Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf ol the learned Advocate General nc,t disputed the ) SKJ wP 24184 2023 submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to the disposal of the Common Order dated 30.11.2022 in I.A.No. I and 2 of 2022 in/and W.P.No.369O9 of 2O2l and Judgment dated O3.O3.2O24 rn W.A.Nos.834 of 2022 and batch. Further submitted that the after presenting the document by the petitioners, the respondents will pass order in accordalce with law.

In view of the submissions made by the both sides arrd following the orders of this Court in I.A.No.l and 2 of 2022 in/and W.P.No.369O9 of 2021 dated 30.11.2022 and W.A.No.834 of 2022 and batch dated 03.03.2024, this Writ Petition is a-llowed and the Registering Authority is directed to receive, process and register the documents that are sought to be presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject properties without reference to the impugned Memo No.G3/a25/2021, dated O9.L1.2O27 and letter No.l727 /Plg/SHZ/HMDA 12023 dated 04.08.2023 subject however, such documents complying with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908, Indian Stamp Act, \ j 3 SKJ \nP 24784 2023 1899, and il there are no other orders restrzrining registration of the subject property by any competent Court or Forrrm.
