3. Learned counsel for the petitioner s bmits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2025 and till now, his retirement \ benefits were not released by the respond nts.

4. Learned Government Pleader submi that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitione were already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amo nts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Gov rnment Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token umbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries. t I

Having regard to is disposed of directing pensionary benefits i the above submissions, this Writ petition the respondents to release and pay the an amount of Gratuity (CS) e., Rs. 11.21,845/- with Token amount of Rs.
