2. Heard Mr.N.Ramu, learned counsel the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.1 and 4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from Service on 31.05.2025 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents'

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed' However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the retirement benefits i.e., Pending Final payment of Gratuity (CAP Share) Bill Amount of Rs.13,03,576/- DTO Token No'2600790693' dated 75.07.2025, Gratuity (TG Share) BiI Amount of Rs.2,96,424/- DTO Token No.2600790709, dated L5.07.2025, Final ELs and Half pay Leave Encashment Bill Amount of Rs.I7,09,269/- DTO Token No.2600526454, dated Lt.06.2025, Zp GpF Final Payment Bill Amount of Rs.6,53,413l_ DTO Token and Cheque No.2600720815 (GpF No.4565), dated oB.o7.2o2s, GIS Finar Payment Biil Amount of Rs.t,t2,468l_ DTO Token No.2600526479, dated 11.06.2O25, and pRC end of the service Arrears Bill Amount of Rs.3,73,152/- Token No.s Dated 04.06.2025, atong with interest @18 percentage per annum, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
