3. Learned counsel for the petitioner .sutrmits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.05.2025 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respcr\dents'

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed. However, due to dearth of funJs, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the retirement benefits i.e., Encashment of Earned Leave of an amount of Rs.6,83,454/- vide Token No.2600577881, dated
