2. Heard Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for lhc petitioners, Sri P. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.6 and 7.

3. When the matter has been taken up hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some of the petitioners have been considercd for employment and have been working under respondent Nos.6 and 7 ald some of the petitioners were not considered duc to the agc factor.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7, would submit that the other petitioners, who are not considered 5/i- : \ '2 due to the,rg€. limit, are not entitled to be appoir r,:d. .). A perusal of (i_O.Ms.No.34, dated 28.(.1.2O l0 n.ould reveal that thcre is no condition that the l<:gi Ll hcir-s of the deprived familics u.ere to be considered. 7 - In view of the same, the contention of .l c pctitioners cannot bc ercccpted. l{owever, as scen from lhr rccords, it is cvidcnl that rr:sponder-rt Nos.6 and 7 acquirecl rhe lirncls from thc petitioners' families in ordcr to accornmodat(.the p<:titioncrs lcrr their displacement of thc land.
