LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.21988 OF 2o.25 ORDER : Heard Sri Tarigoppula Amarendar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Petitioner through his A.G.P.A. holders i.e. respondent Nos.S and 6 herein executed a registered sale deed bearing No.11298 of 2OO7, dated 15.12.2007 , in favour of respondent No.5 in respect of land admeasuring 0.2O gts., in Survey No.242 / 13 / | situated at Urella Village arrd Grampanchayat, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy' District. Thereafter, he has calcelled the said Sale Deed vide document No. 15581/2018, dated 08.10.2018, executed in their favour. He has also executed another agreement of sale-cum-General Power of Attorney with possession bearing document No.1674 of 2OO7 dated 06.02.2007 in favour of respondent Nos.S and 6 in respect of land admeasuring Ac. 1-OO guntas in Sy.No.242/13/2 situated at Urella Village and Grampanchayat, Chevelta Mandal, Ranga Reddy 2 District. Thereafter, the petitioner has c ancelled the documenl- executed in their favour vide document bearing No. I 5580 of 2O 18, dated O8. 10.2018. Even tL en the names of resporLdent Nos.s to 7 are reflecting in the revenue records. 'l'herefore, he has submitted online application vide ID.No.25CIO0O7B97, dated 08.02.2025 to respondent No.2 q,ith a re(luest to correct the said wrong entrie s ald mutate his name and issue e-pattadar passbook b1 cleleting the narnes ol' respondent Nos.5 to 7. Despite rer:eiving and acknowlerlging the said online application, respondent No.2 did not aot upon the same. Aggrieved by the s::.id inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present WIit Petition.

2. As discussed supra, the petitioner has executed aforesaid registered sale deed and registered agreement of sale thro ugh AGPA holders i.e., respondent Nos.S and 6 in favour of respondent No.S. Thereafter, he has cancelled the said documents by way of aforesaid registered cancellaticn deeds in the year 2018. There is ro explanation much plausible explanation from the petitionel lor the delay in cancellation of the said registered sale deed irnd registered agreement of sale-cum-GPA with possession. {owever, it is / J for respondent No.2 to consider the said aspects and dispose of the aforesaid on-line application submitted by petitioner by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.S and 6 on notice and affording them with an opportunity.

In the tight of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application vide ID No.25OO007897, dated 08.02.2025, submitted by petitioner and dispose it in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.S to 7 on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass an order specifying the reasons and comrr\unicate the same to the petitioner herein. However, he shall complete the said exercise within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
