The aforesaid writ petition is filed to declare the inaction and inordinate delay of respondents in executing and registering sale deed in respect of Flat No'B2-106, l't floor' 82 Block' Indu Aranya in Survey No- 1 1 7 (Part) of Tattiannaram Village' Hayathnagar Mandal, Rangareddy District in favour of the petitioners despite receiving entire sale consideration' as illegal and for a consequential direction to respondent Nos'1 and 3 to execute andregisterthesaledeedinrespectoftheaforesaidpropertyby receiving stamp duty and registration charges'

Vide order dated 17'04'2014, this Court directed the respondents to take necessary steps to execute and register sale deed in favour of the petitioners in respect of the aforesaid property I \ ( 2 within a period of six (06) weeks from rhe date of receipt of copy of the said order. Since the said order was not complied with by the respondents, the petitioners filed the aforesaid Contempt Case alleging willful and deliberate violation of the said order.

During pendency of the said writ petition and the contempt case, the petitioners have filed a memo vzde USR No.61298 of 2025, dated, 26.06.2025 staring rhar rhe respondents have complied with the said order by executing a registered sale deed bearing document No.2602 of 2025, dared, 30.04.2025. Therefore, they sought permission to withdraw the aforesaid writ petition. The said memo is placed on record.

5. In view of the aforesaid discussion, the aforesaid Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and consequently the aforesaid Contempt Case is also closed. In the circumstances of the case. there shall be no order as to costs.
