The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the land to an extent ot Ac.5-00 gts each in Survey No.95/39 and Survey No. @\. ..!i< .. - .;lr- \ '\:r :i.*i:.ii i.:i,' 'r ' i,, \. \ 2 SN- ,I \\P ll9l0 2025 95/45, situated at Chitkamkunta H/o Venkeshwara village, Padara Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District had been assigned to the mother oF the petitioner and the petitioner respectively in the year 2003 by the Government and since then they have been in peaceful possession of the said land and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar pass books in their favour. The Special Tribunal had issued proceedings dated 23.01.2021 in favour of the petitioner. It is further case of the petitioner that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 rriithout verifying the title deed of the subject lands issued individual Forest rights certificate to Mendli Anjaiah S/o Bakkaiah, Chinna Edaiah S/o Edamaiah r/o patraichen penta in respect of land to the extent of Ac.7.31 gts in Survey Nos.95/45 and 95/39. On 72.06.2025, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent No.2 For cancellation of individual forest rights certiticate to Mendli Anjaiah. But, the respondents have not acted upon the said representation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner approached the Court by Filing the present writ petition. 4. The limited relief as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 3 SN, J wP 21910 2025 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 pertaining to the request of cancellation of individual forest rights certificate issued by R-3 and R-4 in favour of Mendli Anjaiah on the land betonging to the petitioner admeasuring Ac.5.00 guntas in Survey No.95/45 and Ac.5.00 guntas in Sur\/ey No.95/45 and Ac.5.00 guntas in Survey No.95/39 situated in Chitlamkunta, H/o. Venkeshwara Village, Padara Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, which had been acknowledged by the Office of the District Collector, Nagar Kurnool District, Telangana State on

13.06.2025 and to take immediate action.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests, appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that the writ petition could be disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as put forth by the petitioner vide representation dated 12.06.2025 addressed to the respondent No.2 herein to initiate appropriate action with respect to the specific grievance of the petitioner pertaining to assignment of petitioner's subject land Ac.5.00 gts in survey No.95/45 and Ac.5.00 gts in Survey No.95/39 situated in Chitlamkunta H/o Venkeshwara Village, Padara Mandal, Nagar 4 SN. J \\ P 21930 2025 Kurnool District in favour of third parties within a reasonable period.

J wP 21910 2025 dated 12.O6.2O25 addressed to the 2nd respondent herein for initaation of necessary action pertaining to the grievance of the petitioner in respect of assignment of petitioner's subject land admeasuring Ac.S.OO guntas in Sy.No.95/45 and AC.5.OO guntas in Sy.No.95/39, situated in Chitlamkunta, H/o Venkateshwara Village, padara Manda!, Nagarkurnool District belonging to petitioner herein, in favour of the 3'd parties by issuing pattas by the Government and for anitiation of action for canceltation of the said allotment made behind the back of the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's representation dated 12.O6.2025, in accordance to law by issuing notice to all concerned, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and duly communicate the decision on petitioner's representation dated 12.O6.2025 to the petitioner.
