Thereafter, the respondent No. l3 company had developed plots on the subject propertlr admeasuring Ac.7.0O guntas by virtue of approval granted by the Gram Panchayat covering the entire extent of land ald divided the iand into plots and developed a venture by the name of "Green Avenue"

4. It is further submitted that respondent No.13 compary approached the petitioners and offered vartous plots in the venture.
