This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), in connection with Crime No.788 of 2025 on the file of P.S. Narsingi, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for shoft 'BNS').

Heard Mr.Mohd. Abubaker Bin Ahmed, leamed counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, leamed Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent/State.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the offences levelled against the petitioners are punishable with an imprisonment of less than seven years

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 11.08.2025. On such appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3, the Investigating Officer is directed to scrupulously follow the procedure contemplated I t 2 under Section 4l-A of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Cr.P.C.)/Section 35(3) of BNSS and the guidelines issued by the Apex Cowl ln Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Biharr.

It is made clear that the petitioners/accused Nos. I to 3 shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer for the investigation and make themselves available to him as and when required and also provide the information/documents as sought by him to conclude the investigation.

If the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3 fails to cooperate with the Investigating Officer for investigation, the Investigating Officer is at liberf to take action against them in accordance with law. Subject to the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed 7 . of.
