SAINI ARAVIND Counsel for the Respondents: AGp FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER HON'BLE SRI WSTTCE K' LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.2 1805 o f2ol25 oRDER Heard Sri Saini Aravind' learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behatf of the resPondent s The petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and 2 possessor land admeasuring Ac'2-05 guntas 1n and Ac.O2-O9 guntas in Sy'No'322/C' totally AshwaraoPallY Village' Sy.No.s22lB/Alrltl2 admeasuring Ac'4 14 guntas situated at In proof of the same, Raghunathpally Mandal' Janagaon District' copies of latest passbook and title deed were hled' He has submitted F-line application bearing ID'No'DtrR0225O 1 125321' dated O1.O2.2O25, with respondent No'4 to conduct sub-division survey of the subject land Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-line application, the 4th respondent did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition' 3. Whereas, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that respondent No'4 will consider the F-line application submitted by the petitioner and conduct sub- division survey strictly in accordance with 1aw' 2

4. Conducting sub_division surwey is no more res integra. The issue relating to conducting of survey and sub division of survey etc. was considered by this Court rn W.P.No.32785 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022. This Court on consideration of the circulars issued by lhe Chiel- Commrssioner of Land Administration (ccLA) with regard to conducting sub-division survey, directed the Survey Authorities to conduct sub_division survey.
