27.O7.2025, for the post of Grama Palana Officers. Siubsequently, I.A.No.2 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the resp,tndents to declare the results of the petitioners ald to consider their case fcr appointment to the post of Grama Palana OIlicers.

When the matter came up for admission on 2.j.t)7.2025, this Court granted an interim order, which is extracted hereund,:r "The respondents are directed to issue :rall tickets to the petitioners for the post of Grama P. rrnL . Offi."., which is scheduled to be held on 27 .O7.20125 and permit them to write examination. However, the results should not be announced. 3. Heard Sri C. Rajashekar Reddy, le4rned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and learned Government Ple{der for Services-I, on behalf of the respondents. With their consent' the +atter is taken up for disposal'

Learned counsel for the petitioners pubmits that in complialce with the interim order of this Court, dated 25 .q7.2o 25, the respondents issued Ha-ll Tickets to the petitioners on 26.07 -2 participated in the written examination gonducted on 27 'O7 '2025' It is Accordingly, the petitioners d2s. further submitted that on O4.O8.2O25, thp respondents have published a result list, wherein, the petitioners' namesf are also included, showing that they have qualified in the written exar$ination. However, the official results of the petitioners are not released, in view of the subsisting interim order dated 25.07.2025, as a result of which, despite. being fully qualified, eligible and entitled for appointment, the petitioners are being deprived of an opportunity in the selection process. fherefore, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court by issuing necessary directions to the respondents for declaring the official repults of the petitioners and to consider their case for appointment to the post of Grama Palana Officers'

5. On the other hand, learned Gov{rnment Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, fairly concede i that the official results of the petitioners will be declared. However, it submitted that their case for 1S 3 PK, J I.A. No.2 of 2025 in/ and W.P.N).2 t 801 of 2O2S appointment to the post of Grama palala Officer will be :onsidered, only if they fulfill the conditions issued in G.O.Rt.No. 129 dated 29.O3.2025, as on the date of publication of the notification.

Having regard to the submissions made by leal_red counsel for the respective parties, this Court deems it fit and properl :o dispose of the present matter, with a direction to the respondents to p.rblish the officiar results of the petitioners forthwith, and to consicler. their case for appointment to the post of Grama parana officers, subjt:c1r to their furfrlling the conditions stipulated in G.O.Rt.No. 129 dated, 29.C3.2O25, as on the date of issuance of the said Notification. 7 Accordingly, LA.No.2 of 2O2S is ordered and W.p Nc.21801 of 2O2S stands disposed ofl Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the wr.it petition, shall stand closed.
