2. Heard Mr. S.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Perused the record.

With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2 4- Leamed counsel for the petitioner submits thar triginally land in Survey No.538/1/A1 admeasuring Ac.1.36 gurr ts, in Survey No.539/1/A admeasuring Ac.0.07 guntas, in Survey No.540/A/A2 admeasuring Ac.0.32 guntas, in Survey No.54ll1/Vl I admeasuring Ac.0.21 guntas, in Survey No.542l1/AA admeasuring I .c. 1.03 guntas, in Survey No.544lAA admeasuring Ac.3.20 guntas nd in Survey No.553/A2, admeasuring Ac.O. 10 guntas, total admeas rdng Acs.8.09 guntas situated at Nadergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy district owned by the petitioners' father-in-law, vho died on
17.10.2019, after the demise olpetitioners' father-in-la v, petitioners' husbands also expired on 10.10.2020 and 19.111 015 and the petitioners have succeeded the said property and th :y have filed applications on 17.12.2023 seeking to mutate their rames in the Revenue records and to issue Pattadar pass books, but no action has been taken on the said applications. Aggrieved by he same, the petitioners have filed W.P.No. 10057 of 2024 before t ris Courl and this Court vide its order dated |B.O4.ZOZ4, directed t te respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein to consider the applications of the 1 etitioners and pass appropriate orders by putting the petitioners I r notice and affording them an opportunity and that if they are n rt inclined to 3 accept the request of the petitioners, they shall assign specific reasons and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioners within eight (08) weeks. Pursuant to the said order, respondent No.2 has issued an endorsement dated 30.01.2025 vide Lr.No.D 1/347812024 stating that the petitioners' applications cannot be considered and hence, rejected as the said survey numbers were notified for acquisition vide file No.G2l3 130/2004, dated 19.06.2004 and they are placed under prohibited properties list in IGRS portal under Section 22-A of the Registration Act. Aggrieved by the said endorsement dated 30.01.2025, this writ petition is filed and thus, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue would submit that petitioners' lands have been notified for acquisition vide file No.G2l313012004, dated 19.06.2004 and the said lands were kept under prohibitory list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act and if, the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, they have to approach the competent Civil Court. Hence, would seek to dismiss the writ petltlon.
6. Having regard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court does 4 not flnd any merit in this writ petition. However, th: petitioners are granted liberty to work out their remedies before ol mpetent C'v'l Court.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Th :re shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall star d closed.
