2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri C. Raja Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the adjudication of a Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 29.06.2017 in W.P.No.21193 of 2Ol7, and therefore, he prays this Court to pass , I necessary orders in the present writ petition. 3. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the learned Government pleader for Services_I appearing on behalf of the respondents

Having rcgard to the submissions made by rearned counsel for the respective parties ald for the reasons alike in the order dated 29.06.2017 in W.p.No.2l193 of 2OlZ, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to accord notional seniority to the petitioners in the cadre of secondary Grade Teacher from the date of appointment of their batch mates i.e., O4.11.2O10.
