Heard Mr. Krishna Kishore Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.l, 4 to 6, learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.2 and 7 and Mr. M. Murali Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for the Principal Accountant General (A&E), for respondent No.3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.07.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries. I

Havirrg regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposeci of directing the respondents to release and pay the Gratuity arrount of Rs.13,74,463/- wtth Token No.2522966269, dated 21.10.2024 and Rs.2,25,537/- with Token No.2522966287, dated 21.1 0.2024, Commutation amount of Rs, 14,98,006/- with Token No.2:522966150, dated 21.10.2024, Comm ttation amount of Rs.2,45,8O')/- with Token No.522966189, dated 2L.LO.2024, Earned l.eave amount of Rs.13,09,802/' with Token No.2522364114, dated 06.08.2024, GPF amount f Rs.16,52,678/- with Tokerr No.2522416872, dated 12.08.2024.
