LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.21700 of 2025 ORAL ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of total land adrneasuring Acs.l8.l480 guntas in various survey numbers, situated at Cheelapalli Village, Sirpur Mandal, Kumurambheem - Asifabad District, on the strength of registered sale deed bearing Document No.242 of 2021, dated 17.08.2021. In proof of the same, she has filed the copies of latest pattadar passbook-cum-title deed and registered sale deed. She has submitted three F-line applications bearing Nos.DERO22501168647, DER02250l l- 68650 and DER022501168651, all dated 29.04.2025 with respondent No.4 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said three F-line \ ,ar*, '\€ t..'s \ 2 applications, respondent No'4 did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nc.4, petitioner filed the present writ Petition.

3. Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govetrlrnent Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit thrrt respondent No.4 will c,rnsider the said three F-line applications in accordance with law.

In the light of the said subtrission, this \\ rit Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to considt r and dispose of the said three F-line applications L earing Nos' DER022.501 )68641, DER02250I168650 and I)ER022501 1- 68651, all dated 29.04.2025 submitted by the pe'itioner with a request to conduct survey, demarcate the sub.ie':t property by f,rxing bounrlaries, in accordance with law, b5' putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, h: shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and comrtrttnicate copy of the same to the petitioner. However, he shall complete the 3 entire exercise within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
