Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed the present writ petition declaring the inaction of the respondent No.4 for not issuing assignment certificates in favour of the petitioners over the subject land at l\c.3.00 guntas in their individual possession covered by the Sy.No.40 and 45 situated at Pedda Odela Revenue Village ol Marthali Mandal, Peddapalli District as illegal and arbitrary.
3. Learnerd counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have filed a representation dated O9.Ol.2Ol7 before the respondent No.2 for issuing assignrnent pattas to them and the same has been pending for consideration. In view of the same, lee requested this Court to direct the respondents I I 2 to consider the representation dated O9.Ol.2OlZ filed by the petitioners herein.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the Respondent-Authority will consider the representation filed by the petitioners on 09.01.20 17 in accordance with law in due course.
5. After hearing both sides ald on perusing the entire material on record, without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2-District Collector to consider the representation dated O9.O1.2O77 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. No order as to costs.
