3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the leamed Govemment Pleader for Panchayat Raj and the leamed Government Pleader for Finance appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter of these writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W. P.No.2 1 420 of 2025, dated 21.08.2025.
5. Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, as well as the learned Govemment Pleader for Finance, has not disputed the above submission made by the leamed counsel for the petitroner'
6. In view of the above and for the reasons alike in the said order, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents to make the payments of the admitted bills to the petitioner, for which tokens have already been issued, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said amount shall carry l interest @ 6o/" per annum from the date oflapse ofeight weeks till the date olpayment.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed : . There shall be no order as to costs.
