IAIGHMAN WRIT PETITION No.21981 of 2O25 ORDER: Heard Sri Deepesh Bahadur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.l6-12 guntas in Sy.No.3O9/AA situated at Kokat Village, Yalal Mandal, Vikarabad District, on the strength of registered sale deed bearing document No.6O7 of 1975, dated 10.O6.1975. He has also hted O.S.No. 159 of 2018 on the frle of I Additional District Judge, Vikarabad against respondent Nos.S to 14 seeking declaration of title and also recovery of possession and the same is pending. According to the petitioner, during the pendency of said suit, the revenue authorities recorded the names of respondent Nos.S to 14 in the revenue records in respect of subject propert5r illegally. Therefore, he has submitted representation dated 29.05.2C25 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to correct the wrong entry. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representa.tion, respondent Nos.2 to 4 2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4, the petitioner filed tlre present writ petition.

3. As discussed supra, the petitioner is claiming the subject prrtpert5r on the strengttr of a registered sale deed bearing document No.6Oi of dated 10.O6. 1975. Except the said sale deed, lre has not frled ITTS, any other document. He failed to get mutati,rn proceedings artd pattadar passbooks in his favour:. Basing on the strength of registered sale deed, he has also frled aforesz id suit against the unoffrcial respondents seeking declaratio n of title ald recovery of possession. It is pending considerat. on. Therefore, he has to establish his title over the subjecl property and then he has to approach the revenue authr:rities seeking deletion of n'ames of respondent Ncs.S to 14. He cannot submit representations tlatec 29.OS.2O2S the present writ petil_ion alleging non-consideration of the aforesaid representatio n.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, thjs Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitior rer to pursue 3 O.S.No. 159 of 2018 and after succeeding the sarne' establishing his right over the subject property, he shall approach respondent Nos.2 to 4 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook by deleting the names of respondent Nos'S to 14' Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. /-s.
