Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 4th respondent had issued a Notification No.O3/2O23, dated O5.O4.2023 for general recruitment of Post Graduate Teachers in Residential Educational Institutions Societies ald the petitioners appeared for the r,r'ritten examination and s'ere l EE&.qSF,$il \ -- qualified.
