Counsel for the Petitioner : M/s.R.MADHAV| LATHA Counsel for the Respondents : SRI L.RAVINDER, AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHI\{AN WRIT PETITION No.21422 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel fbr the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2 According to the petitioners, they have preferred an appeal vide Appeal No.F2l91 of 2025 under section 90 of A.P.(T.A.) Tenancy.and Agriculture Lands Act, 1950 challenging the proceedings No.A/28 192 and proceedings No.A/2817105 in File No.U3 of respondent No.5 before respondent No.2. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said appeal, respondent No.2 is not disposing it of in accordance with law. Therefore, petitioners herein have submitted a representation dated 05.06.2025 to respondent No.2 with a request to dispose of the said appeal. Even though, respondent No.2 did not consider the same. Aggrieved by the 2 said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner has filed the \ present wnt petttton.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will dispose of the said appeal strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioners and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing

Though the petitioners are claiming that they have prefened the afbresaid appeal and it is numbered as F2l91 of 2025, they have not filed any proof of submission of the said appeal before respondent No.l. They have only filed a copy of the representation dated 05.06.2025 submitted to respondent No.2 with a request to dispose of the said appeal.

5. In the light of rhe said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of in the absence of respondents to the said appeal. Respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the said Appeal No.F2i9l of 2025 filed by the peritioners, strictly IN accordance with law, by putting the petitioners and 3 respondents to the said appeal on notice and affording an opporlunity of hearing. However, he shalt complete the said exercise within a period of six (6) months frorn the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shafl be no order as to costs.
