Petitioner herein is claiming that she has been in possession of land admeasuring 95C square yards 1n Sy.No.103, situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Rangareddy District, since last 40 years. It is a Goverrrment Porambok land. Therefore, she has hled an application bearing No.AOG022200200 I I 7, dated 29.03.2022 with respondent No.2 seeking regularization of 500 square yards, out of 950 square yards, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, Revenue (Assignment - I) Department, dated 30.12.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment - I) Department, dated

30.12.2014. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said Ij 2 online application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Assignment, on instructions, would submit that the Chief Cornmissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), Hyderabad. has issued proceedings to the District Collectors of five districts including respondent No.2 herein stating that he has received complaints with regard to irregularities 1n applications filed for regularization of Government lands in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, Revenue (Assignment - I) Department, dated

30.12.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment - I) Department, dated 30.12.2014 and he has to review the said applications. Therefore, CCLA directed District Collectors of five districts including respondent No.2 not to consider the regularization applications submitted in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, Revenue (Assignment - I) Deparlment, dated

30.12.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment - I) Department, dated 30. 12.2014. On further instmctions, he I L i i 3 would submit that recently CCLA has decided to constitute Five Men Committee to consider the regularization applications afresh and it would take some time to consider the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioner for regularization of the subject property.

4. In the light of the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the appiication bearing No.AOG022200200117, dated

29.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization ofland admeasuring 500 square yards, out of950 square yards in Sy.No.103 situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Rangareddy District, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4 Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand n closed.
