Petitioner herein 1S claiming that he has been tn 1n of land admeasuring 500 square yards possesslon Sy.No.103, situated at HafeezPet Viltage' SerilingamPalli Mandal, Rangareddy District' since last 40 years' It is a Government Porambok land' Therefore' he has filed an application bearing No' AOG022 3 OO37 g't g 8' dated 26'0 4'2023 with respondent No'2 seeking regularization of 350 square yards, out of 500 square yards' in terms of G'O'Ms'No'59' Revenue (Assignment - I) Department' dated 30'12'2014' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No'2 did not act upon the same' 2 ,t:- Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Assignment, on instructions, would submit that the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), Hyderabad, has issued proceedings to the District Collectors of five districts including respondent No.2 herein stating that he has received complaints with regard to inegularities in applications filed for regularization of Government lands in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment _ I) Department, dated 30.L2.2014 and he has to review the said applications. Therefore, CCLA clirected District Collectors of five districts including respondent No.2 not to consider the regularization applications submitted in terms of G.O.Ms.No,59, Revenue (Assignment - I) Department, dated 30.12.2014. on further instructions, he would submit that recently CCLA has decided to constitute Five Men Committee to consider the regularization applications affesh and it would take some time ar, 3 to oonsider the atbresaid application petitioner for regularization ofthe subject property' submitted by the unobjectionable (Assignment - I) Department' 4. G'O Ms'No'59' Revenue dated 30'12'2014 was issued for the purpose of regularization and transfer of rights on lands encroachments Government land and Surplus land under Ulban ['and Ceiling to the people on payment basis' As per Rule 2(xiii), as per the recommendations the 'lal-rsildar concerned shall get Conveyance Deed executed in the name of the Female member of the Famity' Theretbre' this Court is of the view that female members have to submit application seeking regularization of the said land Petitioner herein, ts a male member, filed the Present wrtt petition secking benefit under the said G'O' of the Committee'

Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao' learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that male member can submit the application and on the recommendation of the Committee. the Tahsildhar shall get Conveyance Deed executed in favour of Female member of the Family, -\ 4 However, having received the said online application, it is for respondent No.2 to consider the .saicl aspects. 6. tn the Iight of the said discussion, this Writ petition disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider. and dispose of the online applicarion bearing No.AOG0223 00379798. dated 26.04.2023 submitted by rhe petitioner seeking regularization of the land adrneasuring 350 square yards, out of 500 square 1,ards, in accordance with law.
