The petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Ac' t I '00 in Sy.Nos.l80 and 182 situated at Chattapally Slrivar Viltage' Jagadcvpur Mandal, Siddipet District, on the strength of sada bainarna. dated 01.08.1997' They have submitted online application No.ROSO22O03028239 (Transaction lD No.TT[{OS02 2003028239 dated 29'lO'2020 with 3'd respondent with a request to regularize the said Sada Bainama' Despite rcceiving and acknowledging the said online application' 3'd respondent did not act upon the same' -l'he petitioner f,rled the present writ petition to declare the

4. Vide G.O.Ms.No.ll2, dated 12.10.2020 qr,,emmcnt has extended time to submit applications to regularize sada bainamas upto 3 1 . 10.2020. 'l-he petitioner has submitted the a ft,resaid online application dated 29.10.2020 i.e. within the aforesaid extended period.

Sri Shinde Dcvidas, has fited W.P.(PL) I'1c,.270 of 2020 to declare (l.O.Ms. No. I 12, dated 12.10.2020 ir;sued by I't respondcnt hcrein in rcspect ol regularizing the rrrrr:gistered sale transactions under 'l'elangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks .Act. 1971, as illegal. 6. According to the learned Asst.Govt'Pleader for Revenue, the respondents have already filed application seeking to vacate the \ said order. The 3'd respondent will consider and dispose of the said online application submitted by the petitioners seeking regularization of the Sada Bainama.
7. ln the light of the said discussion, this writ petition is disposed of directing 3'd respondent to consider online application vidc No.ROSO220O3O2823g (Transaction ID No' TTROS 02200i018239 dated 29.10.2020 submitted by the petitioners seeking regularization of Sada Bainama, dated 0l'08'1997 subject to result in W.P.(PIL) No.270 of 2020' lf 3'd respondent is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner lor any other reasons, he shall pass an order and communicate a copy of the order to the petitioners herein. He shall compete the said exercise subject to result of W.P-(PIL) No.270 of 2020 and orders' if any' passed in the said W.P.(P[) No.270 of 2020, within four (4) weeks fiom the date of receipt of a copy of this order' 4 As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, il :ny pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
