2. This appeal is filed against the decree and judgment dated

14.03.2018 in E.A.No.25 of 2012 in E.P.No.4 of 2010 passed by II , the leamed I Additional District Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar.

A1l the parties along with their counsels present before this Court and stated that during the pendency of the appeal, they entered into compromise and also filed terms of compromise before this Court. As per the tems of compromise, previously, an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- was already paid. Presently, a cheque for an amount ofRs.3,00,000/- is paid today vide cheqtte bearing No.000026. They also stated that they agreed compromise voluntarily without any coercion or undue influence. This Court ensured the same from the parties.

4. Recording the submissions made by both the parties, this appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. The Respondent No. 2 agreed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) to the Appeilants in full and final settlement of the claim in E.P No.4 of 2010. The Appellants howcver reserve their right to recover the amount due by Respondent no. 3 under cheque case. The Respondent No.2 is owner of subject House and appellants have no right, titte or possession over the schedule property. Appeliants, their legal heirs or any one cannot claim the schedule property in future in any manller.
