2. Heard Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Plcader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Rcvenue submit that as per para Nos.4 and 5 of the counter hled by the respondent No.4, the respondents are not interlering with the possession of the petitioner in the subject property, thereby, cause of action does not survive and no lurther orders required to be passed in this matter lor further adjudication. 3

4. Recording the aforementioned submissions, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
