Therefore You viz, I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, The Superintendent of Police, East Godavari District, Kakinada. are hereby directed to arrest the said Respondent-Accused namely; Sri Dommeti Veera Venkata Satya Saibabu, Proprietor, S/o. Sathiraju, M/s. Lakshmi Electronics, High School Road, Amalapuram, wherever he is found and produce him under safe custody and conduct before the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram. On Such production the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram is directed to admit respondent-Accused on bail on furnishing a personal bond for Rs. 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram. You are also further directed to return this Warrant as early as possible to this court preferably within two weeks as this case stands posted after two weeks, with a detailed report stating the manner in which it has been executed or if not executed the reasons why it has not been executed.
