2. Heard Smt. Uma Devi Nama, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Services_Ill appearing for respondent Nos.1,3 to 5 and learned Government pleader for Services-I appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 6. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.03.2025 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. 4' Learned Government preader submits that the biils pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts courd not be rereased to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries. I I
