Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner seeking relief of the expeditious hearing of O'S'No'309 of 2025 (Old O.S.No.216 of 2019), pending before the court of leamed SeniorCivilJudge-cum-VlllAdditionalChiefJudicialMagistrate, at Chevella, Ranga ReddY District.

Leamed counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is one which was filed in the year 2019 and the parties have already ! entered appearance, pleadings are complete and the matter is flrxed \ \ for framing of the issues. It is further contention of the petitioner that proceedings before the Court are not progressing, though the suit is more than six.tyears old. Hence, prayed for appropriate expeditious hearing of the aforesaid suit'

Having regard the contentions put-forth by the counsel for thepetitionerandhavingperusedtherecord, particularly taking .]..aiili, ir - 2 I into consideration the fact that the suit is pending before the trial Court for six years and nature of relief sought for being too innocuous which would not be prejudicial to either of the parties, ends of justice would be met if innocuous prayer made by the petitioner is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of, directing the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum_VIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrare, at Chevella, Ranga Reddy District to decide O.S.No.309 of 2025 (old O.S.No.2l6 of 2019) at the earliest, conclude the trial preferably within the outer limit of one year from the next date of hearing.
